I. Call to order
 A. Time -  December 2, 2009 7:32 PM

 C. Attendees - Roger Krebs, Jerry Hooten, Eric Jones, Brent McNaul,
    Patrick Gillies, Kathy Krebs, Chris Taylor

    November minutes approved 

II. Treasury
    Balance report - no significant change in the bank balance

III. Race Business
 A. 2010 Race Schedule
   1. Texas Two Step in March - Roger and Gregg will be co-chairing; Roger
        will do most of the pre-event paperwork while Gregg will handle
        issues at the track. Brent suggested more worker perks for corner
        captains but it was suggested holding off until we have a better
        idea of the turn-out.

   2. Lone Star Grand Prix, May - no update

 B. Nov 2009 Fire School - Brent and Patrick attended. reported 30+ people
      participated. turned in expense receipts.

 C. Tech Trailer - LSR has purchased a used 6x12' enclosed trailer for $1800. 
      We will be asking SOWDIV for ~$7500 to cover buying equipment.

 D. Fire extinguishers need calibration - TBD

IV. Draft

Roger has turning in his REview article and Eric hopes to publish before
Christmas.


V. Website
    Nothing new.

VI. Old Business
 A. SOWDIV meeting Jan 9th in Houston: Roger and Jerry plan to attend.

 B. Save the Date Video - V1.0 was shown, several suggestions were made to
      correct errors. Expect finished video before Christmas.

 C. Crawfish Boil in May - no action

 D. SCCA National Convention - Dates are January 28-30, 2010 in Las Vegas.
    Hooten, Gillies and R. Krebs still planning to attend.

VII. New Business
 A. All officers to read the bylaws.

 B. LSR table at Chump Car race at Harris Hill Road November 2010.
    Inquiries will be made to see if we can get permission.

 C. Annual banquet decision will be made at the January BOD meeting. It will
     probably be held in Mid-March.

 D. Motion to move the January BOD meeting to Jan 13th (Jones/Gillies) PASSED.
