I. Call to order
 A. Time -  November 11, 2009 7:23 PM

 C. Attendees - Roger Krebs, Jerry Hooten, Eric Jones, Brent McNaul,
    Patrick Gillies, Danny Benzer
    Guests - Paula Taylor

    October minutes approved 

II. Treasury
    Balance report - no significant change in the bank balance

III. Race Business
 A. 2010 Race Schedule
   1. Texas Two Step in March - 3 day event
   2. Lone Star Grand Prix, May - Paula talked to SOWELA RE Bruce Brown and 
        they may still co-opt this event with a crab boil appetizer.

 B. Nov 2009 Fire School - Brent and Patrick plan to attend. Motion that
      LSR pick up their hotel cost plus gas cards. (Hooten/Benzer) PASSED

 C. Tech Trailer - Jerry was tasked with putting together a list of contents
      needed for the TWS tech trailer.

 D. Fire extinguishers need calibration - Roger will get with Gregg Matocha
      to arrange to get them re-certified before the March race.

IV. Draft

Eric was still looking for articles.


V. Website
  Paula Taylor found three people willing to work on the LSR website.
  One at $50/hour, 1 at $25/hour, 1 at $100/4 hours.
  Motion that we hire Mark Stern as web master (Gillies/Benzer)  PASSED.

VI. Old Business
 A. Patches - Benzer brought the new batch of LSR patches
 B. Save the Date Video - Roger showed a 30 second example of the video to
    be used to advertise upcoming races.  Motion to spend up to $500 on a 
    full video (Gillies/McNaul) PASSED.

VII. New Business
 A. SCCA National Convention - Dates are January 28-30, 2010 in Las Vegas.
    McNaul, Hooten, Gillies and R. Krebs expected to attend. Motion for LSR
    to pay all expenses for McNaul/Hooten, hotel only for Gillies/Krebs.
    (Krebs/Jones) PASSED.

 B. LSR Holiday Party - Motion that it be held at Paula Taylor's home or an 
    apartment meeting room near Loop 360/Spicewood Springs in December. Cost 
    not to exceed $1000. (Benzer/Krebs) PASSED.

 C. McCroskey Award - Given sporatically to a LSR region member who goes 
    above and beyond in providing outstanding service to the region. Motion
    to present this award to Gregg Matocha. Cost of award not to exceed $300.
    (Krebs/Hooten) PASSED.
