II. Treasury
A. Balance report - $10K in the checking account, the rest in savings

III. Race Business
A. 2010 Race Schedule
  1. Texas Two Step in March - Discussion on holding a 2 vs 3 day Double
     National race weekend. Issues include getting volunteers, schedule,
     cost vs. entry fees, issues with TWS. Brent was tasked with polling
     workers for their input. Chiefs were to be asked also. Preliminary
     opinion was that we should stick with the 3-day format pending input.
     Motion to change March N/N to a 2-day event (Johnson/McNaul) FAILED

  2. Lone Star Grand Prix, May
  3. June School @ TWS, Houston Region
  4. Enduro @ TWS, Houston Region in November
  5. Super School @ TMS in December

 A. Lone Star needs a Web Master/Manager
 B. Scott Segers is maintaining the Divisional website
 C. Paula Taylor and Kathy Krebs will look for student(s) to re-do the
website.

VI. New Business
A. SOWDIV Meeting - Preliminary race schedule
B. Worker Perks - various option discussed but no action taken
C. Crawfish Boil in May - Part of SoWeLa 50th anniversary celebration
D. Open Forum
  1. Save A Date Video: Kathy will get an example; $500-1000 cost
  2. Motion to provide Paula Taylor with LSR e-mail addresses to send a copy
     of Mike Rogers BOD resume/letter. Motion Jones/McNaul PASSED.
  3. Kathy found a pedal car suitable for a raffle. No action taken.

VII. Old Business
A. Elections results

C. Patches - Benzer has new batch of LSR patches
D. Bill Griffith did get the new number board to replace the one given to
LSR
E. Brent has shirts for new corner captains
